STUDIO ARRIVAL & ENTRY

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please review the following arrival and etiquette guidelines before your appointment.

Arrival & Entry Instructions

📌 Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

1️⃣ Enter My Salon Suites and walk into the lobby area.
2️⃣ On the screen inside the lobby, select my name, and I will buzz you in.
3️⃣ Once inside, go to the left and walk all the way down the hall to Suite 116.

✔ My suite is stroller-friendly, so feel free to bring a stroller inside if needed.

Shared Building Etiquette

📍 I rent a private suite inside a shared building with other businesses nearby. Please be mindful of the following:

  • Be respectful and keep noise to a minimum in common areas.

  • Please do not follow other clients who have been buzzed in for other services. Wait until I personally buzz you in and escort you back.

  • The lobby has seating available, so feel free to wait there comfortably until I am ready for your appointment.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

I strive to provide a professional and seamless experience. Please review my refund and cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth appointment process.

Refunds

 Due to health and safety regulations, I do not offer refunds on piercing services once the service has started.

  • Earrings are pre-packaged in sterile, one-time-use cartridges and cannot be reused once opened. If you choose not to go through with the piercing after the earring cartridge has been opened, I will offer 50% refund.  However, you are welcome to take come back at any time for the piercing with a credit when ready. Credits do not expire and can be used on friends and family.

  • Refund will be reimbursed 100% for those who change their mind or can no longer make it.

  • If you are unsure about your piercing, or suspect your child may be nervous, please reach out to me for for added time, reassurance, and a relaxed experience.

⚠️ Child Consent Policy: If a child is visibly upset, resistant, or does not want the piercing, I will not proceed with the piercing—even if the parent wants it done. I believe in making this experience positive and comfortable for every client, especially children.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

📅 Cancellations must be made at least 1 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will  accommodate you.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

⏳ No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Streamlined Check-In: Pre-Payment & Forms

To ensure a quick and efficient appointment, I require:

✔️ Payment in advance – This secures your appointment and minimizes delays.
✔️ Forms completed prior to your appointment – All necessary waivers and paperwork will be sent ahead of time so you can arrive ready to go!

By completing these in advance, we can focus on your piercing experience and get you in and out smoothly.
